Vomiting, headaches, and diarrhea during pregnancy?
Question by mcollum83: Vomiting, headaches, and diarrhea during pregnancy?
I have been puking since I was a few weeks pregnant, every single day, this is my second pregnancy…and although I was severely sick last time, it was nothing like this. After trying a few other medications, I am on Zofran…which by the way I am still puking through…so that’s just a waste of money. There are streaks of red in my puke…blood, the doctor says that that is just because I have been puking so much and I was tested for Heliobacter Pylori, and it came back negative. Now I am getting these severe headaches that come and go, and for the last week I have had mucousy diarrhea. I thought that the diarrhea was a result of being constipated for so long from the zofran, but now I’m not sure. Although it is not large amounts of diarrhea, it is a constant. And I started projectile vomiting yesterday, with great force, and the headache came on strong. I’m kind of worried that I might be getting dehydrated. What do you think? Any suggestions? I am between 13 and 14 wks.
By the by, I have been drinking lots of fluids, between bottles of water, slushies, and soups. After about noon, I can only drink liquids.
Zofran is the strongest drug out there for pregnant people with morning sickness. It is usually very effective…but I am just more sick this time…and I know I just have to deal with the puking off and on even with the medication, I am just worried about dehydration.

I would contact your physician, there has to be something else he can prescribe to help you with your sickness.
