Question by kristenwalker123: My Newborn Is Spitting Up Everything She Eats?
Over the past couple days, my 3 week old has only had one bowel movement, and will only hold down about an ounce to two ounces, then throws most of it up. She normally eats between 3 to 3 1/2 ounces every 4 hrs, but now she isnt eating normally, and I am worried there could be something wrong. Anyone know what this could be? I thought it was the formula, but I changed it to the “sensitive stomach” kind and she still is spitting it up.
She cries and grunts like she is trying to go to the bathroom, but nothing happens, and she seems hungry but everytime I try to feed her she spits it up like 5 minutes later. I dont want her to starve but she wont eat!!! PLEASE HELP
I changed formulas after I noticed she was spitting up FYI
what do i do if its acid reflux?? and why is she not pooping and only peeing?

Best answer:
Answer by CowboyzLady No. It is not normal. Usually breast fed babies do not spit up at all. It could be something you ate. Definantly call your Dr. Good luck!
