Question by : Is my baby vomiting from the formula?
This week my 6month old has projectile vomited atleast 4 times.i have realised it has been since i started him on “STAGE 2 NAN PRO GOLD”;previously he was on stage one,he spewed occasionally on that but just the normal amount.im also wondering if it has anything to do with the flu he just got over,maybe its turned into a tummy bug?he hasnt got a fever and no diahorrea(hes poopies r like soft little/medium balls).he doesnt puke hes baby jar food up just the milk.
If its the formula is it ok to keep him on stage one for a while?even tho stage two is for 6month olds?!

Question by BabyGlennIsHere:): Can you add karo syrup to formula to relieve newborn constipation or must it be mixed with water?
My 12 week old son gets very hard stools and its painful for him so my doctor said to give him a bottle with karo syrup mixed with water. He takes it fine but then it makes him go longer without a formula feeding b/c it fills him up. Then it makes his later feedings very close together and it throws him off schedule. My question is, can I just add the karo to the formula, or must it be seperate with just water?

Our doctor told me to add it to his formula and not give it separately in water. Why did I get thumbs down?? It was a statement. Haha.

Question by Ezekiel’s Mommy: Is this happening because we started him on formula?
I go back to work on the 9th so we had to start him on formula. Hes been on it for about a week, maybe 2 feedings of it a day, the rest he drinks breast milk. Now hes been pooping less often, but when he does its a LOT. Like 5 wipes worth. Also, hes been projectile vomiting every once in a while. Could it be from the formula? O and hes getting over bronchialitis. (hes not on antibiotics)

My daughter had to go on formula after I went back to work because my body just didn’t want to cooperate, even though I was trying to pump every couple of hours. It was a bummer. Anyway, her poops at first were much harder and more “formed”. The doctor said that it’s totally normal. The projectile vomiting thing is a little scary though. Maybe the formula doesn’t agree with him??? Maybe he ate too much or you need to switch to a different kind.

Question by : Can a infant be allergic to formula all of a sudden?
My son is 11 months old and was having projectile vomiting but that has passed. Now he has stomach cramps and diarrhea. Taking him to the doc in the morning and also taking a stool sample so they can check for blood in his stool. Have not seen any rashes on his body.
Maybe you should try breastfeeding sometime Mr. Wiggles. Then you can state your opinion. But since your not a woman…STFU.

Yes that has happend to my baby sister. So she eats Soy formula and is ok now

Question by ECCB: My baby is 9 mos. old and throws up after drinking juice, her formula and water. She doesn’t throw up food. ?
I still burp her because sometimes she doesn’t. I feed her in an upright position and when she sleeps, her head is raised. She eats about every three hours. The doctors keep telling me it’s common and by her first birthday she should be over it. There is lots of phlegm mixed in with it. She’s gaining weight so there is no problem there. She’s very active.This has been going on since she was a newborn. She was breast fed and threw up the milk also. I usually let her tell me when she’s hungry, I was afraid I was over feeding her.
