My three month old has a small diaper rash, but the packaging on my bum genius cloth diapers says not to use any rash creams.

we both will plan to have a baby in next few years.

just wondering how will you manage the cost to handle? Every time I went to the store and see all the expensive price on baby food, diapers, etc….

We are trying for a baby, I want to prepare for it and buy all the diapers in advanced so i have it all in house. What sizes and amount of packages will I need. HELP this will help cost once baby is born.

What is a good diaper rash ointment to use with cloth diapers? I don’t want to have a bunch of build up or impede absorption.

My daughter is mostly cloth diapered, except for a disposable that she wears at night. She spent the day at grandma’s house and was in disposables all day. Now she has a diaper rash.

She hasn’t had a rash since we switched her to cloth diapers, so I really haven’t had to worry about treatment of it. Will it go away if we just continue with the cloth instead of disposables? I know diaper creams just don’t work on cloth diapers.
