My son is 15 months old. We’ve always used Parent’s Choice diapers since he was born. They completely changed their design with this last box we got and he has a developed a severe rash with beat-red and extremely swollen skin on and around his genital areas. I’ve used diaper rash cream and various ointments and it has only gotten worse. We’ve stopped using the diapers but I was curious if anyone else had come across this and if simply switching diaper brands was the solution.

I’m having what I believe is a urine residue issue on our cloth diapers. As soon as the baby pees, it smells of ammonia. I’m not entirely sure if this is due to urine residue not being washed away well, or if it’s detergent build up – but I’m betting it’s a direct result of our he machine not using enough water :/
Anyway…Is this dangerous for him to breathe while I get this resolved? Thanks!

I have a 10mo old lil girl and for the last few weeks shes been leakin through her diapers… We buy Luvs and we never had a prob… up till a now… Maybe its cuz shes getting older and peein more? We also have a 9 yr old and when she was a baby we tried Huggies and they were worse… they leaked all the time… So if anybody can point us in a direction for better diapers we would appreciate it!

I’ve using a specific brand of diapers for a while – for at least four months (my baby is 8 months old). They’ve worked great for me and never leaked, up until this week when my baby has woken up with her clothes wet twice.
I don’t think it’s the size. The size we are using is for 16-28 lbs. My baby is about 18 or 19 lbs. They also seem just right in terms of size.
