Because of the state of medical technology in my country, doctors here are saying they can’t do anything anymore will it be the same in other countries like in Europe or US?

My daughter is 3 months, and her doctor told me I should start giving her a little bit of baby food every time she has formula when she turns 4 months…is this right? Do you really start feeding them baby food this young?
And what will happen? I mean like will she get a stomach ache because it’s the first time she’s eaten baby food? Or will she be normal? I’m a first time mom so I’m learning.
