I had an ultrasound at 6w and there was a yolk sac, but my u/s at 7w4d showed an empty sac. I am now 8w4d and I am still having the same pregnancy symptoms and my hcg levels are still rising but are low and not raising very quickly. after the 7w4d u/s they were only about 7000. Why do I still feel pregnant?

You feel pregnant, because you are pregnant.
Just because they told you that you have a blighted ovum does not mean that your pregnancy goes away right when diagnosed.
You will need to wait for your body to naturally abort your pregnancy – or the doctor will need to do a d&c.
Soon after either one, your symptoms will start to go away.
After my miscarriage, my symptoms started fading away within a week.
So sorry you have to go through this. I know what it’s like.
Good luck to you!
In till you pass the sac you will feel pregnant. Your body will still produce the hormone. It should happen soon.
