i think baby powder works the best
You want to keep it dry. Try using Cornstarch to keep it dry
As a healthcare provider I would first ask if you are a runner or engaging in sports that would cause this. Or are you a heavier person and this is causing the problem. If it is a rash it is probably yeast….I would use Lotrimin. It can’t hurt. If its due to constant friction from running then some of your other listed options are more appropriate.
Make sure it is not skin fungus, very prevalent in the inner thigh areas near the groin. If it is fungus, you must use an antifungal cream like Lotrimin or tinactin (or spray). If just a friction or heat rash, use Cortizone or some aloe vera-containing lotion or cream.
this hurts! but what you do is put after shower poweder (avalible @ osco) put it on before doing activity and you should feel the results. Also another solution is not to wera short shorts, because the longer your shorts the less rubbing you will get. Hopefully this will help…. goodluck
Use babys Curash(brand) Anti-Rash powder. Works well.
