I just had a miscarriage on August 5th… I was only about 6 weeks along. I was wondering how long after a miscarriage is it possible to conceive? We would like to try again right away. My miscarriage was natural and not caused by any medical conditions. If it means anything we already have a 1 year old daughter which we had no trouble conceiving.

i know what a miscarriage is. but how does it happen? what causes it? how does the mother know if she has had a miscarriage or not? and what happens to the mother?
