What pregnancy book is better: The Mother of All Pregnancy Books or Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy?
Has anyone ever read both? They both got good reviews but I’m wondering which is better to read.

now you find some women that do but not some. since we have raised our life expectancy and women-in 1st world countries and maybe even 2nd- have access to good medical care…
I hope women in the future will be able to! this way we can do more before we settle to have kids.

Healthy pregnancy after a chemical pregnancy?
After my first month ttc I got pregnant, only to find out it was a chemical pregnancy. I’ve read all the definitions articles, but still can’t stop thinking that maybe something is wrong with me. I don’t think I can go through it again. I did have half of my thyroid removed but my blood test are all normal, never had an irregular pap, but I still wonder. Has anyone ever had a healthy pregnancy after having a chemical pregnancy? Also, what about multiple chemicals, and if so, do you know why?
Does no coffee mean healthy pregnancy?
I am about six weeks pregnant and have stopped drinking coffee since then. But I have been drinking coffee since I was 17 (At least once a day). I know caffeine can lead to negative effects to pregnancy such as miscarriage or birth defects. Now that I’ve stopped (although the cravings are hurtingme for now), will that lessen my chance on getting negative effects?
