My 5 month old daughter wakes up for a feeding every 2 -3 hours. She was exclusively breast fed until about 3 weeks ago when we started giving her rice cereal with her last feeding. She has been on a routine of going to bed around 7pm since she was a few weeks old and she usually wakes up on her own around 7am. However, like I mentioned, she only sleeps for 2-3 hour stretches at night (sometimes she wakes up every hour or so). Once we feed her, we change her and put her right back to bed and she usually goes to sleep quickly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I asked my husband to change our baby’s diaper because I had to do something real quick. When I came back half an hour later, our baby was laying in bed by himself with a wet diaper and my husband playing Modern Warfare 3 on the Xbox! I was very very furious so I turned the Xbox off and started yelling at him. He flipped a chair out of anger and said “I work all day and I can’t even do anything anymore” and I am a stay at home mom. Was I wrong to have gotten really mad over that? Should I have just let it go because he works all day?
He works 10-12 hours a day and sometimes he doesnt get a day off. I understand that he does work alot but i do also need a break. The reason why i just didnt change our baby myself is because i wanted my hubby and the baby to bond also. I spend 24/7 with our 3 month old son and i love it. Very exhausting but i love it. He’s been smiling alot lately and i just want my hubby to “hang out” with him too and experience it.. how beautiful it is to witness our baby growing slowly. i just dont want my hubby to wake up one day and think to himself “oh crap my baby’s already 5 years old???”… sometimes i do feel bad that he’s the only one working and putting money in.. but what am i supposed to do? we have a baby now… and it’s the best thing ever!

I was thinking about buying some plain white baby clothes and some fabric pens and asking people to decorate them/ personalize them but when I told my friend she said that it seemed a bit boring and what else did I have planned. Any hints or tips?
